Associate Dentist
Our well established, privately owned group practice is looking to welcome 1-2 general dentists. We have an opportunity at our very busy rural practice west of Midlothian, which could be full or part-time, which is ideal for an experienced dentist who enjoys surgery, restorative, removable, and prosthodontics. The patient base is very well-established and the earnings potential is significantly higher than a typical Associate position with fewer days worked.
We also have a very established, wonderful location south of Richmond that is ready to expand to accommodate another doctor. This position, which can be part or full time, would be an ideal opportunity for a dentist newer in their career as you would be working alongside other experienced dentists. The practice currently sees 30 to 50 new patients per month.
Working at our established practice, you will have plenty of dental professionals supporting you to confer and collaborate with as you continue your career while working independently with highly skilled team members. Earning Potential: The potential for great earnings ranges from $150k-$300k depending primarily upon your experience, days worked, and the geographic location of employment. We offer an initial annual guarantee + Percentage of collections or day pay compensation structures if preferred.
